Notice: Internet Explorer 10 and 11 affected by file upload bug.
A recent Microsoft update (KB2962872), introduced a bug in Internet Explorer versions 10 and 11 that prevents users from uploading files in the browser. The behavior experienced is a browser and system freeze at the time of the file upload. If you are using Internet Explorer versions 10 or 11, please try an alternate browser.
